"The oil was old and the fries were so hard that they crumbled. When I asked the employee did she see the fries? Her response was that they all are like that because the oil was old. All the food had a bad after taste. She did supposedly had some fresh ones dropped. And she was right, they also were like the first ones. As if they had recooked the ones I had given them. Service: Take out"

"I visited Taco Bell tonight and unfortunately, the employee who took our order made a mistake. We had to return to the restaurant to get the correct items we had ordered, and the staff gave us an attitude about it. I was disappointed with the poor customer service and feel that Taco Bell staff and management need to improve. Overall, I would rate the service, atmosphere, and food all a 1 out of 5. The price per person for dinner was $20-30."

"Typically, we have such a rollercoaster of experiences here that the good will outweigh the bad. However, a few nights ago, I had gotten 2 meals, and 1 extra sandwich for a child. When we got to the window, we asked for 2 Zesty sauces for the full order. She said it was 0.37 cents for any extra sauce . I paid the woman the 0.37 cents for the extra sauce that I wound up noticing to be buffalo sauce.A mistake on the sauce seemed accidental. But when I left, I was questioning why for 2.5 'meals ' that we could not even have more than one sauce. Which I would find that to be a joke if that 's true. In which I can just make them two seperate orders just to be spiteful to save the 0.37 cents. Be clear on the real rules, and if this is not a real rule, you need to educate the employees to not scam people no matter how measly the amount is."
