"The experience at this restaurant would have been perfect with a nice, piping hot, freshly made double cheese Krystal and strawberry shake. Unfortunately, the long wait in the drive-thru line was due to dining room closures because of COVID-19. While this was expected, it was still disappointing. The service was very friendly, helpful, polite, and thoughtful. The employee working the drive-thru seemed glad to be there, despite the ever-growing line behind me. It was a joy to see such positive attitude in these challenging times, so I am giving this restaurant a 4-star rating. All employees should take notice of the drive-thru lady at the Hwy 58 Krystal location. Thank you for doing your job...

We waited a full 30 minutes to receive our order after placing it, then an additional 10 minutes after the app indicated it was ready. The drive-thru was very busy, resembling the aftermath of a boat show. However, our Krystals were hot, fresh, and made exactly to our specifications, making the wait worthwhile. We especially enjoyed the friendly and personable employee working at the window, making us eager to return.

The Krystal on Highway 58 in Chattanooga, Tennessee used to be the best Krystal around, but ever since prices have gone up, the quality has gone down. The portions are much smaller now, which is disappointing. The manager and staff are great, but the smaller portions are unacceptable. I ordered a 3-egg breakfast combo for $6.99 and that's all I got. I was not satisfied with the portion size and will likely not be returning for breakfast. I can get a better breakfast at Waffle House for the price I paid at Krystal.
