"Loyal customer, entered to a staff with pink, and blue hair etc... asked for a 42 chipotle chicken, and got jalapeno peppers, and etc. Not very friendly as if I was there bothering them making an order. This is a location neighboring several other choices that could be better than the salt layered sub sandwich I ordered and could hardly eat. The salt was so heavy that I got 2 free waters upon entry to my hotel and asked for another 2 because the sandwich dehydrated me."

"WOW!What a wonderful place. The food is amazing. However, more importantly, the people are so kind and wonderful.I stopped by one evening in the middle of an 800-mile drive. I wanted some nourishing food. As a vegan, finding such an option on a road trip can be a challenge. I found The Falafel Shack via the Happy Cow app.The food was AMAZING. After I had paid for my order, when they heard that I was passing through, they made me a falafel wrap to go so I would have something nice to eat during the rest of my drive. And they didn't charge me for it. Not one cent.I was so, so touched by this gesture. And so thankful that I decided to stop here!Anyone and everyone should stop by The Falafel Shack when they are in Chambersburg!"

"The food was not good, and I was upset myself, and my kids didn’t even finish a plate of food. It was so bad. I asked the front desk man if we could have at least a discount since we didn’t eat anything and he told me no we had to pay full price so I had to pay $35 for food that we didn’t even eat. "The food at this restaurant was fantastic and definitely worth the price compared to cheaper options nearby. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff. Our order was taken quickly and our food was brought out within 15 minutes. All five of us were extremely satisfied with our meals. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a clean and quiet interior. While I wouldn't make a habit of going weekly, it's a great option for celebrating special occasions or enjoying a nice dinner."
