"I had to wait a little while, but it was definitely worth it. They made me a fresh chicken sandwich with grilled bacon, cheese, pickles, and a touch of mayo - it was delicious! Neither the person at the drive-thru nor I could say "Three Krystal bacon cheddar chicken sandwiches and tater tots" three times fast, but we had fun trying. We were both laughing so hard that we couldn't even breathe. It was a silly, lighthearted moment that made for a great time. I have no idea what sparked it, but it was a blast. I want to give a shoutout to the Krystal employee who made our experience so enjoyable. Oh, and the food was really good too!"

My wife and I had a great meal tonight! We ordered a 12-burger meal deal with two drinks and two sides. We also decided to add a bowl of chili. The service was fast and easy for our dinner tonight.

very nice and courteous but when they say they are opened at 6:00, then they are better willing to feed their customers! many paintings they are not ready and cars are secured. so open at 6:30 o'clock

The service was very fast and super friendly. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've had at Krystal. Even though there was a long line, they were able to move through the cars fairly quickly.
