"Customer service is good, but food is not so much. How to cook 24 pack Krystal's and then service 5 of them with only one side of the bungalow in package. I have never seen worse food quality, and if I hadn't lived 35 minutes away, I would have gone back to pay back, and who needs to refund a crystal?"

I believe the drive-thru should be open 24 hours. The lights were on and I saw a car in the parking lot, but no one acknowledged me after I spoke for 10 minutes. It was a waste of time, so I won't be eating at Krystal. I never receive good service here, so why bother even trying.
