"I serched maps for a good location and came upon this for lunch. I bought 3 orders of ribs, totally excited to enjoy, and bring some back to the family. However greatly disappointed after all the build-up, but only because my ribs weren't hot. Could have been 1 in a million situation. Parking: Easy access Kid-friendliness: Great location for children"

Very delicious! I came with my husband and we tried the Brisket. French fries and bananas are delicious. Customer service is the best. We will come back to try the ribs.

If you are looking for great food, and a great atmosphere La Place BBQ is a must. Nina, is an amazing cook, with her homemade recipes, and wonderful person too. My wife and got the opportunity to eat dinner, and talk with Nina. We enjoyed both. La Place BBQ will definitely be on our list for future visit to Fort Walton.

"This is a cute restaurant. Three of us had pasta and 2 were just swimming in cream. Carbonara is not supposed to look like Alfredo and pesto generally is not creamy so those were disappointment. The bolognese was just ok. And the other person had sea bass special which was the best entree. Fish and pasta both were delish. The Caesar’s were totally Mayo-based and heavy too. The bruschetta was good. They also have pizza which did look good. Also this restaurant is another one punishing diners for using debit/cc. Local restaurants are passing on cc fees now. Disappointing when you have a $200 bill and it’s tourist season here now!"

"I have been coming here for YEARS and I love the ambiance and they have a pretty large menu. I'm not a good judge of coffee since I really don't have it often but they do have lots of non coffee items on the menu! I always got a nutty irishman coffee when they had more flavors detailed on their menu which they no longer have but you can still get it. I believe it is hazelnut and Irish cream!
