"Today I had a not so pleasant experience at the buckeye drive thru. When I arrived I wanted to make sure that the person who would assist me heard me well, since I was a little far from the sidewalk. I asked the boy several times in Spanish if he was listening to me and he only answered “what can I get for you” (he never answered my question) on the third try he answered “what will he want?” I proceeded to say my order and he interrupted me with a “what else?”, when he finished he didn't even tell me what my total was and just said “go to the window”. When I got to the window a girl asked me “Excuse me, what is your order?” The guy didn't register my order or anything because there was no one else there. Also, it took longer than usual, which confirmed that the boy did not place my order."

"When going to the website was intrigued at their prices and specials. Though upon attempting to order an advertised daily special on their website of an 18” inch 1 topping pizza and 20 wings for $23.99 could not find the deal in the site. Anoption of ordering through Slice advertised though I prefer to order directly from entities. Called the establishment andstarted with asking for this daily deal and my order was taken and then upon asking what my total was (nowadays if you don’task they don’t tell) I was told $33. I asked why the total was $33 for a daily deal of $23.99. I was informed that they nolonger had that deal and that they could not control the website that advertised this. This does not sound correct and asked howthis is possible when the establishment posts the website and has rights as well. Was again told they had no control over thesechanges and that only deals through Slice where accurate. Asked to speak to a manager and given the same answer as well asadditional feedback heard in the background. Now being a business major this is bad business and false advertisement. I couldhave waited for the owner but being the person I am I was more concerned with feeding my family than the principle of the wholesituation and of course now can make the notation on reviews. Is their food good, yes! Is the service good, eh guess it dependsif you agree with them. Is their advertisement accurate, guess you better go to the correct website to be sure!"

"My friend and I met at this restaurant last week to have a nice meal and catch up. Unfortunately, the waitress who served us was extremely rude and unpleasant, which was very disappointing. It really put a damper on our experience. I don't think I want to return as long as this insensitive woman is still working there. The food and the cafe itself were quite good, but if you have a disability, don't expect to receive good service."

"I had no idea this place was right down the street from me but it popped up on yelp as a vegan restaurant. Can 't have dairy so vegan things are usually safe for my allergy. They have oat milk and other alternative milks their chocolate sauce is dairy free so I was able to get a tasty iced mocha. The cashier was very confused on what a dairy allergy meant... kept saying it can be made gluten free another cashier was able to ask the owner if the crepes batter is dairy free and it is. They don 't have any vegan items. You can order the breakfast crepes and remove things to make it vegan none of the sauces they use are dairy free or vegan so my crepe was yummy but dry and nothing holding it together really so whenever I cut into it things would just come falling out all over..... my husband without the food allergies got the Bacon Crèpe and thought it was pretty good. It was very tidy and clean inside there was only 1 other table taken. There are some sofa chairs that look like a great place to have a coffee in the morning and read a book. It 's not really worth it for me to order anything to eat there unless I bring some vegan cheese or non dairy sauces to spice up my crepe but coffees I 'll do. The desert crepes look amazing but all of them are full of dairy so I couldn 't try any:"
