"Unfortunately, I have to say something like my previous speaker Püff Reis. It is understandable that extra requests on strongly visited days such as Christmas will be difficult, but this should not be promised by phone in advance. The small supplement salad was slightly softened, the dressing was not a real dressing, the cress tasted for chlorine and overall it was a bit too much of a professionalism on the part of the Oberkellner. No matter what age the guests are, young people should not be titled with miss and always remember that the customer is king despite everything. If the customer behaves modestly, it must not lead to the treatment of the restaurant and its staff. Here I don't see...

Very nice service, really good food and beautifully located. Great restaurant, something exquisite, but with rustic flair. Great praise!

On December 25, 2014, I was again a guest at the Schreyerhof farm with my parents and sister and their family who live in Bietigheim-Bissingen. Especially the food was well done and all of us tasted very well. My mother had ordered a table for weeks before the appointment, which was very good and also the service was good. We had an aperitif ahead and the selection of drinks was very nice. We will come back this year from Adendorf near Lüneburg, when we are back to visit my sister.

"The Ratsstüble is located in the centre of the picturesque old town of Besigheim, surrounded by impressive works. It already looks back on a long tradition that has come and various host families go. We visited Besigheim during a day trip to Neckar Weinland and decided to eat here. The diverse selection of small dishes at attractive prices also told us. Ambience Cleanliness The interior extends over two floors and is rustic. Individual tables in separate niches offer individuality and lots of fabric and carpet runners on the floor for a damped volume. All kinds of historical agricultural work equipment and individual oil paintings on the walls round off the authentic flair. In front of the door, next to the house, there are several tables on an adjacent small square which are partly also protected by umbrellas. In summer it is possible to observe the rest of the ride on the (leuckily) busy main road. Cleanliness was as good as possible, even the toilets worked well. The ladies of the service have not yet been placed on guests who wanted to sit outside. However, when we pointed out to us, it worked with the service, even if the goodness was reserved. The food was personally served by the boss who also asked if everything was okay. No reason to complain about our side. Food Drinks The menu is classic good-bourgeois with Swabian specialties. In addition to some meat dishes, there are also mullet dishes, cold vesper and various garnished toasts. But vegetarians can survive here too. We decided: Surprise toast garnished with pork and beef fillet as well as mushrooms and scrambled eggs “Klingler Spezial” salad plate with 2 pork fillets and bread. Since this Saturday at the end of May there were not many sailors on the street, we didn't have to wait long for our dishes. My surprise toast was a complete meal with the salad supplement. The two types of meat were suitable, pleasantly seasoned and delicate. The stirrer also had the correct non-dry consistency. Only among the mushrooms were those from the can. Sure in May is not fun season, but with simple fresh mushrooms I would have been completely satisfied. Simple deductions in the B note for this. The salad plate of my wife was similar crisp and varied as my supplement salad was just much richer. The pig fillets were as sharp and tender as on my toast. The Besigheimer Riesling fits well. An expressive but not very dry companion for light summer dishes. Conclusion A spontaneous meal in the picturesque ambience both outside and inside. A team that hasn't been set in the summer, but with a very friendly boss. Meat concrete good-bourgeois cuisine with small peculiarities, but also light slippers. All in all, however, recommended, also due to the reasonable price level."

"Besigheim am Neckar was awarded many years ago by the viewers of the MDR to the most beautiful wine destination in Germany. What can, of course, be due to the fact that the Neckar is at most distant from Saxony – or that one would like to forgive Glorification from a distance. But in this case, I can inevitably agree as locals. Besigheim has an intact, picturesque city centre, lush Mediterranean greens (can win the “Unser-Dorf-soll-be-Award” every year), as well as a wonderful gastronomic offer based not only on wine. Those who do not want to travel as a driver due to the wine can also use the regional train or the Neckarpersonalenschiffahrt, which currently arrive twice a week at Besigheim. Part of the attractive city centre is also a pedestrian zone. Over the years, I have already tested almost all good-bourgeois locals with regional cuisine (also the European Mayor of 2007). The market economy opened in 2017 was still on my absolute wish list. After gastronomic teaching and walking years, among others in Mallorca, Kitzbühel and the Berlin Adlon, the patron Frank Land returned to Besigheim. The market economy is located on the ground floor of a magnificent, beautifully renovated house with a plentiful work directly on the market square. In the outdoor area you sit under palm trees and southwest dowel plants or extend in a deck chair overlooking the city fountain and the town hall. Generous screens donate shadows. In the very well maintained interior with 70 seats dominate rustic wood, comfortable seating furniture, stylish decoration. Although a thunderstorm is in the air, it pulls me out. Finding a good table at the easy to carry marketplace, which is optimally protected even in rain, requires several reconstructions. We'll be granted. Since there is almost a coffee and tea time at 16:30, there is only a small card on the tables. For example, we decide to warm up with a white wine choir (3.80 euros), a simple Americano (3.00 euros) and a light Rhabarber-Erdbeer-Sorbet (3.00 euros). At a good 30 degrees outside temperature, the Schorle could have been a bit cooler and more splashy, for that it is served in a beautiful carafe. Unfortunately, the wine used was not appreciated – however, the market economy cooperates with such estimated wineries such as Dautel from Bönnigheim, Aldinger from Fellbach or Wöhrwag from Untertürkheim, which are all top-class. The coffee is bought by the Heilbronnn Rösterei Hagen. The Americano is strong, deep dark, with nutty-chocolate flavors. For this purpose, the fruity-refreshing sorbet is perfectly matched. Here you have not only beaten an iceball on a plate, but tastefully and lovingly decorated, among other things with slightly heated peach columns and fresh berries. Unfortunately, we don't get out of this appetizer. When a rain shower starts suddenly, it becomes unpleasant and we almost pull the seat cushion under Popo away. Something bad, otherwise we experience the service as very courteous, standing and polite, will almost chat when paying. On the (fortunately barrier-free) way to the toilet, I can still take a look at the kitchen where the preparations for the evening are actually made in the finest handmade. Looks like it's Typo. It is therefore absolutely necessary to return. The market economy offers an additional lunch table from 11:30 to 14:00 and organizes numerous special events such as cooking classes, jazz evenings with live music, wine tastings, culinary theme weeks. Despite the densely sown gastronomic offer in the centre of Besigheim, the market economy is a real profit for the place. It doesn't always have to be a white sausage..."
