"Bis jetzt waren wir immer sehr zufrieden mit dem Restaurant Talhaus aber jetzt werden wir keinen Fuss mehr da rein setzen und es auch niemandem mehr empfehlen. Wir wollten den Saal mieten für die Taufe unseres Sohnes und mit 18 Personen Mittag essen. Auf Mails kommt keine Antwort, sie lesen die Mails, warten aber bis man dann anruft und nachfragt. Es wurde 0 auf uns eingegangen, unser Wunschmenü, welches wir bereits vor 3 Jahren an der Taufe unserer Tochter mit weniger Gästen hatte, war dieses Mal zu günstig für 18 Personen und nicht machbar. Auf die Frage, ob ich vorher kommen darf zum dekorieren, gabs ein Nein. Wir haben abgemacht, dass die Taufe da um 11.00 beginnt, plötzlich geht das nicht mehr, da er das Restaurant erst um 11.00 öffnen will. Und man soll doch bitte alles bar bezahlen, damit er nicht zu viele Abgaben an den EC-Anbieter hat.... Unterste Schublade! Wir werden da keinen Fuss mehr rein setzen! Schade um das leckere Essen! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 70–80"

"The restaurant has recently changed owners. We regularly eat food and generally had good food and always with excellent, very friendly and attentive service, but we will not go any more. I was there last night with my young daughter for dinner, the service was terrible and the food was very disappointing. The waiter was extremely unfriendly, in fact quite rude, and when we started his head in disapproval of something, not yet sure what, we had done with the oil and vinegar (perhaps, ask for him and dive our bread in it?? That was the last straw for me and I had to ask him why he was so rude and what the problem was. His answer was "it's so hot ". Sorry that Loewen, if you have a waiter with heat intolerance, then close your terrace and install A/C inside. Totally suboptimal."
