Longhorn Steakhouse

I've only been here twice and it's okay. Their firecracker chicken wraps are phenomenal. 10/10 The raspberry iced tea was like liquid gold. The sirloin was cooked to my liking but it lacked any seasoning. I had to add salt to the steak to make it flavorful. Same as the loaded baked potato. Even with the toppings it wasn't super flavorful. Our waitress Tia was very friendly and attentive throughout the night on my second visit. The décor is cute and I was a fan of the little table lamps. Overall, the place is decent and has affordable steaks and plates. Not a bad deal.

We actually went to this location on Father's Day to pick up food and we noticed that this location had outside seating. So, the next day we went back to this location on June 20, 2022 at 5:45pm requested to sit outside and John Bear advised that outside seating was closed due to staffing issues. It's only a few feet away from inside and they couldn't get one server to work that table? So John rather have customers walk out and Longhorn lose money due to his failure to provide customer service and find a server to work it. John Bear need training on customer service.
