"I don 't know if the food was good or not because we did not eat. I don 't know if the waiter was having an extremely bad night, but he was very rude and would not listen. He brought out the wrong order, set it on the table, and walked away before asking if everything looked okay. We waited a couple of minutes to see if he was going to come back to check on us and he never returned so I walked to the food over to the kitchen area to ask if I could have the correct order. He happened to be in the kitchen area and I let him know that I ordered cheese not beef enchiladas he looked at me and said you did not say that, grab the plate from my hand and turned around. Every time my staff and I order food from here, it is wrong 95% of the time. When you call about your wrong order, the women who answer the phone are always rude and argue about the order. Don't recommend this place.

"We don't have a Zaxby's near our home in South Florida. During our family visit to Calera, Alabama, we had the chance to try Zaxby's for the first time. It was late at night and there was a long line, but it moved quickly! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was hot and fresh. When we got to the window, we realized that they had actually closed over 10 minutes earlier. However, that didn't stop the team from being friendly and polite while they served the last of the customers. They waited for the line to clear before closing up, which impressed us greatly. We were genuinely happy with our experience and would give them a perfect score of 10/10!"

"My daughter and I stumbled over this hidden gem while driving from Montgomery to Birmingham. We went to the neighboring cracker barrel for a quick meal. So glad we discovered Bertolones! Service was great. Appetizer was tomato basil soup. If you expect a pure soup, you might want to skip her. I was skeptical as I prefer tomato soup to be smooth and creamy. This soup was very good. Basil was right and didn't exaggerate the soup. For Entrees I had Pesto Pizza and my daughter had spaghetti and meatballs. Our family is serious (and selective! about meatballs. My grandmother makes the best meatballs. We both agreed that these meatballs were excellent. My Pesto pizza had sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts (I skipped the red onion. I am not sure how to get the artichoke hearts to have a candied texture that is both crispy and chewing, but they were fantastic. It was almost like dates, but a bit crisp. I'd like to throw them in a trail mix. For dessert we shared tiramisu (yum!!!! We also took a piece of cake home (chocolate covered strawberry. Their pie list is extensive and they have slices in a cooler front, ready to go. Coming from an Italian family, I appreciate good scratched Italian cuisine. This is not always easy to find, especially if you are especially like me While this restaurant is 25-30 minutes from home, we will return!"

"My husband said his burger was fine. He really liked the Boomboom sauce! My chicken bugs were great! Some of the best I ever had sincerely. The food was served hot, which was as beautiful as many fast food places lazy and serve the things room temp, but not Milos! I would have tried a shake, but that would have postponed the cost by another $5 and, in my opinion, $15 for lunch on the street is too much. That was my first Milo experience and I liked it! We don't have them where I live. I would recommend!"

"No magic here. That being said, I like to give the bennifit of the doubt to places I 've only been to once. However, for $39 and change, I feel the food and service could have been better. Mongolian beef should not taste like super salty fish. Unless every other Chinese restaurant is doing it wrong. And it did. It Tasted like very salty fish. Also, the dish was $11 and change and comes with manditory rice. As in, I wanted to have vegetable lomein instead of rice and was told I could have an order of noodles on the side, and even if all I wanted was just the beef, the price was the same. With or without the rice and egg roll. You read that right, with or without no substitution, same price. The Rangoon were actually full of crab and cream cheese, so that was a plus, though they were hard. Also, the girl who took my order did not smile once. I gave three stars only because of the full rangoons, and maybe other dishes are better, but I doubt it. Save your money. So, I guess my quest for good consistent Chinese food continues on. Seriously, mandatory rice and egg roll ! What, they have some excess of fried rice they have to sell before it goes bad?
