"extremely bad service and no professionalism at all. they brought us the wrong order, they denied it and said that we placed the wrong order. while a solution had already been found with the waiter, the manager came to our table and instead of apologising. for the inconveniences came with an aggressive attitude and tell us that he does not believe us. all things had an unexpected irony and aggressive attitude. there was a lack of knowing about the English language and they were always speaking in German. When I asked about the bill, the manager came and asked me where I came from. "When we arrived a waitress, sarah came after 10 minutes to take our order. we didn't even have a menu. If I have an additional seat on the head side, I sit in the single passageway. Here I have to move forward or stand up every few minutes to give the service or other guests a place for young children. For a meal to two certainly nice but as a group we were 9) too narrow and too unindividual. It's a shame to have a good meal. Total value therefore only satisfactory !"
