"Makoto is part of a restaurant chain that has over 30 food facilities in several cities in the United States, some of them in Florida, how is the case with Le Zoo, Steak 954 and Continental. The preparation and presentation of the dishes is stylish and tasteful. Their speciality is Japanese food and the robata or robatayaki (literal, fireside-cooking), which can be enjoyed al fresco or indoor. Don't forget to bring your credit card, it'll be convenient. What we like most: Miso Sea Bass Crispy Kale"

If you see Makoto on any social media page, you will find endless photos of spicy tuna on the top of sticky rice, and for good reason. Apart from the amazing Asian cuisine, the ambience is relaxing and romantic in the heart of Bal Harbour shops. Stop for lunch or dinner and you will not be disappointed.

2 things on their menu that let me go back. 1. Spicy Tuna Crispy rice 2. Fruit toban yaki Dessert The dessert is probably the best dessert I've ever had! (And I'm a baker, you have to try to believe it... I'll go back for the two. Not everything is very good, though... My fish often comes to boil -sea bass - some dishes are not as delicious as others. Portions are chi-chi small (but I'm totally fine with it! Beautiful outdoor seating area, service can be slow, but waiters are usually very nice.

"He got me! I usually don't write reviews, but I had such an incredible experience that I had to share them with others! WOW! If I had to describe this experience in 4 words, I would call it heaven in my mouth. Honestly, I am a very picky eater, and I have tried to eat everywhere (All over Israel, Toronto, Montreal, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Buenos Aires, Paris, London, and I honestly never tasted SUCH an incredible food that was so fresh, exotic, different, unique, juicy and tasty. For this purpose, the atmosphere in the restaurant is lively, fun and family-friendly filled with young faces! The newly renovated decor is magnificent; You feel like you're in the most superior and deluxe restaurant, but the bill / check 't portrays that! I was also really happy with the extremely friendly and helpful waiters as I tend to be very picky with food and rely on recommendations from others. My Must-Tree recommendation would definitely be pepper-crusted beef Carpaccio (for appetizers) the roasted bone marrow with crostini bread with olive oil, garlic and basil (for the main course, and the simple but verehrend-full (if one word) homemade Fudge Brownie! To summarize it, I recommend HIGHLY this restaurant for every occasion, for an unforgettable fine cuisine for an affordable price! Thanks to Harbour Grill, and I hope that one day you should expand nationally (specifically in Toronto)! -Dana Lashevsky (Toronto, Canada)."
