"Our family has been to this location multiple times. We went in tonight around 9:30. I have to say the customer service was horrible. The line only had 1 person in it when we arrived but grew right after. One of the young ladies was great, but the attitude and the poor display of professionalism from the other young lady was horrible. I refrained from saying anything as not to embarrass her. I can see that more training is needed."

Ordered through door dash. Got reassigned to 3 different dashers. I called to ask what was going on and hey hung up on me. Now 90 minutes later. Still no hope for ice cream

"sent for my birthday month before the order asked if I could divide rice on the Jamaican jerked red snapper. they have eaten everything and all the curtains excavated! why? who knows! only bc I don’t eat a rice I received a boring plate of seasoned red snapper without “Jamaican taste” and a ridiculously large side of sweet potato friries that were only common. and server only commented was “will let me know” .... “I only asked Mitch under reis. to blame someone else if the server is the one who should take care of the diner!"

"It was really really good. I highly recommend this new McKinney choice in restaurants for breakfast and would go back to try lunch sometime. It was my first time eating here and we (4 of us) were pleased all the way around. I am on my diet and trying to make healthier choices and choose off their healthier side menu. The avocado on wheat toast with egg whites and a side of fresh fruit was delicious and I was really surprised by what I choose and in what I really wanted was the buttermilk pancakes with bacon a friend had chosen. Her choice she said was perfect for breakfast and she enjoyed me watching her eat every bite. Again I highly recommend The Starwood Cafe and will return for lunch in the near future."
