I think it was meant to be a sauce of some kind, but somehow it went terribly awry. The service was ok, but the waiter had zero interest in whether we were actually satisfied or not. When we came to Mattina’s it was well over 100 outside but the room we were seated in had a ceiling fan and it was very pleasant. The service was excellent and we enjoyed our food. The next time we are in Kingman we will return to Mattina’s.

Food and Service was great. Only problem is, they must not have air conditioning, had a fan going that was noisy. However, hostess did ask if we wanted it turned down, we did, she did and it was better! We all had different dishes and they were all delicious!
