"I am very disappointed with my last visit to Pazzo 's. I picked up an order consisting of a large pizza and two subs. Both subs were made wrong. You shouldn 't have to ask for your gyro on pita bread. Gyros come on pita bread. Plain and simple. That 's your mistake Pazzo 's. Your menu states that your turkey sub comes with lettuce, tomato, mayo, provolone. Our sub was just turkey and lettuce. Again, your mistake Pazzo 's. So with 2 wrong subs, why did you think a $3 credit was the appropriate remedy for this problem? Enjoy the $40 I spent for you poor attempt at food , you will not get my business again."

The to go order is my favorite thing to do. We love the calzones from this place... they are stuffed full of whatever you choose to put in your order. Nice texture, delicious cheese, great sauce! The pizza, burgers and fries, gronders were also delicious.

Pazzo has good food when you're looking for a quick bite or takeout. Being a pizza snob from NY, I'm very picky. However, when I moved to Pittsfield, I was delighted to find a good slice somewhere with great appetizers too. Their mozzarella sticks and salads are a delicious compliment to a pizza dinner. I would absurdly recommend this place and am glad to live 5 min. away.
