"This particular McDonald's on the island has the worst food. I have ordered the 1/4 pounder with cheese but no onions. It was cold, dried out and tasteless. Its supposed to be cooked when you order it. I could tell that it had been sitting for a long time. I gave them a 2nd chance and ordered a big Mac with no onions. Again it was cold, stale and tasteless. This is really disgraceful a company this large. And some of the people who work there are too busy doing what, I don't know. They don't care."

Slow, dirty got they order wrong 2x. I saw them dump an ice cream cone back in the top of the machine. When they realised they left onions off my sandwich they took it in back and added them. That was AFTER I opened them.

Asked for a hot café Mocha .oh I'm sorry the machine is down. Will take an hour to clean it. I say it would have been nice to know. You charged me for a drink I didn't want. These are the worst McDonalds. For the third time I got the wrong order. Last time I go there. I'll go the extra 5 miles to another one.

Order a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and for some reason they gave us a chicken biscuit instead. We didn't figure it out until we made it all the way out to the beach and upon calling them they said come back and we'll remake it for you. Went back after lunch for a refund which took forever. Better off eating elsewhere
