"Absolute worst McDonalds I?ve ever been to. Been there about 6 times, every single time they have screwed up. Even seen other customers having issues at the same time. Every manager in this McDonalds should either be terminated or retrained. Honestly itamazes me that this place has 3.3/5 stars, makes me think they are boosting reviews."

Order 2 10 piece chicken nuggets and a large frozen coke. Riley took my money for the order. I go to the second window yo be yold there's no frozen coke would you like a refund witch Riley threw the money at my cousin ignoring my cousin saying have agreat Night. Very rude and disrespectful

"I have scrolled through the reviews realized that I was not the only person in the last year who has had problems with employees from this location. They are rude, demeaning and lie. I have complained to corporate instead of them reaching out to rectify the situation or even give someone a decent moment to speak about an experience. The managing staff owner ignore and are completely rude to customers. I went through the drive thru in January, the employee was at my window and asked me my name 3 times, I repeated myself 3 times. She then asked me my order, I gave her my order and what happens.. she asked me to repeat it 3 times. By the 3rd time Iam truly frustrated and am thinking she is trying to be petty I raise my tone and repeat my same order as I had the 2 times before. She then states that she wasn't going to take my order. I stated I'd order through the window she said no you won't order at all. Gets on radio and tells someone to not take my order. I get to the window and the manager refuses to take my order. I try to explain the situation, they then say that she stated I just yelled at her for no reason and told me to come back another day. I come back 3 times after that no problem. The 4th time they take my order tell me to pull up and I wait 15 minutes for my food. The manager comes out and states Iam banned from ordering and as a courtesy they will give me the food I already paid for. I asked why and they stated the woman said I cussed her out and they do not allow that. I called corporate of course. Which they tell me to call every week until I get a response. It wasn't until corporate decided to push my complaint to a corporate manger that the owner finally reached out to me 3 months later. He stated through email to cease contacting corporate bc they don't have any basis on the decision and that I was verbally abusive and physically threatening. Which is confusing as I do not know how you can come to that conclusion from what transpired. This location obviously trains its employees to be rude and demeaning to customers and if you have a complaint they will not respond to anything unless it's positive. Scroll through the reviews. The owner only responds to positive reviews and does not care about true reviews or problems that happen in his establishment. Customers are not expendable and we should be treated as people."

"First and foremost, I had the Atomic (HOT) and Black/Gold wings. I 'm talking extreme habanero so it stings. Food was great though, and I had a couple Angry Balls cocktails which were made well. I 'll come back next time I 'm down for sure. Good and friendly service."

"Food is always good but overpriced. $28 for 2 orders: half sandwich with cup of soup and coffee. Self serve. This location on this day was not kept clean. Most booths and tables had tell tale signs of prior diners- crumbs and smears on tables and seats. There was a lady wiping up the condiment tables but she seemed oblivious of napkins on the floor and dirty tables as she walked by."

"We have been coming to this location of Perkins for several months. The food, both breakfast and dinner/lunch choices has always been very good. The wait staff are pleasant and provide great service. The GM, Dwayne, is also amazing and makes sure we are given the best possible service. One of my favorites is the beef tips and gravy. Yum!"
