"I placed an online order what a joke this whole experience was. No one focuses on good customer service anymore. Went to the drive threw box they kept taking the other lane. So I pulled up to the window and said I placed an online order. The kid said did you say anything at the box. I said I can't they keep taking the other side. He said pull ahead I'm good. Got my drinks and fries and got told to park it will be like a min and half for burger meat. I said ok. As I sat Parked and 6 cars went by I was like non of them ordered a burger? By this time it was about 10 mins sitting. From the time I placed order and got my food it was 50 mins. Both of the Big Macs was drowned in Mac sauce the nugg...

A wonderful fast food restaurant, the good food and supports the efforts of their community. They wait a short while for some great burgers and frits or a chicken sandwich or salad. A fun place to go!

The customer service at Outback Steakhouse is faster than this place. Placed an online order and used our points to get a frappe. The app had crashed and had deducted our points but the order didn 't go through. We had walked in and got in line (There were two other groups in front of us. it took around 10 minutes to actually get up to the register and we waited at least another 10 for the employee to come up and help us. When she came up and in a slightly rude attitude asked us what we would like we told her our situation, she said I don 't know how to do that.. Do you have a code?
