"The staff, including management, was rude. They got my order wrong, and when I couldn't pick up the food, they refused to give me a refund. I explained that it was a hot day and I was leaving town, so I couldn't keep the food in my car overnight. I was disappointed with their service and will not be returning. After sharing my experience with others, they also decided not to visit that restaurant. It's a shame I had to waste my money like that. I wish I could give them zero stars. The manager, the woman I spoke with, should be fired if McDonald's wants to keep their customers."

My grandchildren really enjoy eating here and the price is affordable for me. It's great to be able to bring all 8 of them to and from church. This is our special time together.

these places would be so much tolerable if the customer service was not so terrible. a few employees are now and then helpful, but for the biggest part the customer service is missing here. I don't owe them if they make the best of a ham sandwich.

Today the 31st juli 2022 was my first visit to this McDonald’s. I gave him a 5 stars because it was clean, the meal was hot and imaginable, while the staff and cash was polite and courteous. to supplement the service she told me to sit to serve because I was immersed. they also have a play pencil for children. I also observed how spacious it was for a party or small group. although smiles are part of the experience and the cashier has not offered that it has not yet taken away from the entire presentation. great work!
