"The journey through experience is NIE as good as in. The lines are always long and hardly move. The staff gave me almost another order today and left the window so fast I couldn't even ask what I needed. I waited a minute before someone came into the window. I asked about Sauce and was handed over 1 pack. So I asked about someone else and they pretended they didn't hear me and didn't want to hear me. I think they never heard me say. Staff extremely unprofessional and could take care less about the way the franchise is seen as a whole!!! The lady who took my order was very polite, the staff who gave me my order are a shame for the unemployed who like to work at McDonald and treat people well...

It's always missing desserts for the kids, either we didn't do that or that or our machine. Trust me, that the machine is not broken, that the staff does not make the ice. McDonald is what!!

I chose to go inside today vs the drive thru. Clean quick and courteous. Oh and my food was on point! Who knew a sandwich without meat could taste so good. Let 's not forget my no whip, no drizzle, caramel frappe. I left with a smile on my face. Like others I too have been disappointed in the past but lately all I can say is Thank you very much! Especially for contnuing to risk your health to serve a hard to please group of people, myself included. Thanks again keep up the great work!
