"My experience is that I think they have no idea what Mexican food really is and how it should be prepared. For me, what I saw is a mix of traditional Mexican and American food. We got there because they recommended the place to us and when I saw enchiladas Tapatias on the menu, I literally imagined what they are like in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. I'm from there and I know them, so I decided to order them. The truth is, I was very disappointed because what They served me nothing like real Guadalajara enchiladas, they didn't have the flavor, nothing, nothing of real Mexican food, I was disappointed because from my point of view it is a Mexican restaurant, I imagine that the owners are Mexican, but I see that they don't know of true Mexican food, of true flavor and preparation. For me it was a great disappointment and moreover the food destroyed my stomach, which it shouldn't, if American food hasn't hurt me and the change is very drastic. On my next visits to the USA I would not return to this restaurant. It was a bad experience and great disappointment."
