"My daughter and I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The management was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. When my 14-year-old daughter went in to place our order, she was treated rudely and dismissed. Even after I went in to show that we had placed an order and provided the order number, we were still questioned and looked at as if we were lying. It is concerning that young people in management positions lack the skills for good customer service and proper management. The behavior of the managers and their coworkers was unacceptable.
