I'm a creature of habit my favorite pizza at Mellow Mushroom: no cheese or butter; light vegan cheese (they use Daiya mozzarella); tempeh; pineapple; onions; and Kalamata olives. DELISH. I love Mellow Mushrooms! This is the fourth location I've eaten at in North and South Carolina. Always a few good local beers, as well as plenty of veg and vegan options. Any place that lets me put grilled tempeh on my pizza with Daiya cheese is a winner in my book.
