"Authentic Mexican cuisine and it's great. You have the best chips and salsa from anywhere I ever eat Bar none. Sometimes there is a waiting line, but it moves pretty fast. Your service is in no place and food will be brought to you in record time. Staff are plentiful and are always pleasant and friendly. The restaurant is clean and tidy. There is also a bar where you can enjoy your favorite drink or beer while waiting for a table. The only thing I can't agree about this place is that the waiting personnel bundle the received tips and divide it up at the end of the day. In my opinion, if you receive exceptional service and offer a great tip, your waitress will only receive a part of it. It seems to me that a waitress should get the whole tip he deserved. Nothing more, nothing less... try it here. You'll be glad you did it. I'm a local and a customer and I eat there often."

"I've never left a review, but we went to Taco Mayo a few times recently because we're going to parsons for gymnastics and every time we go, the food is sub par. We decided to sit and enjoy our dinner and taste it again last night. We were the only customers in the restaurant, but the man who worked the line was so hurrying that he rushed to order and swallow the food together and throw it on the counter. When we had questions about the menu, he seemed upset and harassed by us to take his time and never took the time to ask us if he could help us with everything, even though we had questions. Between the lack of customer service and overwhelming haste to order, we could not order what we actually wanted. Customer service was absolutely terrible and the food was thrown together and extremely moderate. Coffeyvilles Taco Mayo is LEAGUES above this facility. We're not going back to this Taco Mayo."

"Stopped for dinner when in the area. Hosts table seats you, typical seating arrangements with booths and tables. Had a cold beer and chips while waiting for fajitas. Wait staff friendly. Not what I would call good food just Meh. The fajitas were not fresh or at least didn't seem that way. More like a stew of meat, onions, peppers. Maybe a tomato? To hard to distinguish between things since they were just cooked to mush. The guacamole, lettuce, pico, etc was ok, seemed fresh, but that couldn't bring life to meal. Not a place I would recommend. "Food was old, only had about 4 Chinese dishes, the rest was American food, waitress only came to our table once during our meal. Staff was not very friendly. The hot and sour soup was really good.
