"Great place. I'm surprised it's not more business because the place really has no mistakes. The menu is simple but tasty and has a healthy selection of vegan/vegetarian dishes that do not feel like afterthoughts. The beer menu is as big as the name of the bar would suggest and the interior is clean, welcoming and modern. I've been here many times, never had a problem with the service. Mostly, the Beer Bistro is a hidden jewel of a Brunch Square. They have an excellent brunch menu that is surprisingly affordable and they make a delicious **** Mary boot. Most importantly, it is not usually very busy so you can almost always get a table immediately with a group of 6 or more. I went on a Saturd...

My first time here was a great one. Marley our server was great. Food was great. I had their perch fish fry and it was amazing. My girlfriend had their salmon and it was amazing. Definitely coming back!

We were in Beer Bistro and both times were pleasant experiences. You have a great selection of beers as the name would indicate. The food is very good and the guy who served us both times was very nice and helpful. The only negative point is the grilled cheese is a fairly normal American cheese affair if you do not want bacon on. Otherwise, the other dishes we had were excellent. Note: We sat outside both times, so I have no idea what it is. Update: Went back and this time we sat inside. Had another blessing that was very nice.

Hidden jewel! We were here with a gift card. At noon to start on a packer game Sunday, and we were surprised that it was almost empty. We were the only people there! Some others appeared, ate and left a short time later. Not sure why it was so empty; the food was great. Beer brat soup was excellent. Really good deep-fried cheese curds. And enjoyed a great Beer-B-Que Short Rib Sandwich. No complaints... can't believe this place was not shoulder-to-shoulder packed for the game. Go here, you won't be disappointed. Show yourself a big group for the game and it will feel that you rented the place for your personal party!

"let me start from the moment I arrived, until the moment I went, I was treated so well by all the staff. this place has a deep feeling, and that was an experience you can get nowhere else. the host who took our beverage order donna was so incredibly friendly and up to the earth, it felt like making a new girlfriend. the waitress we had (I can't remember her names, but she had dark hair and a fan to make sure she wasn't heated over while serving that I thought was an incredible idea) was exceptional at point and friendly. she made sure we took care of every moment when she noticed something was running low on our table. we were so comfortable with her, we could talk about everything! she was amazing! they start at the bar where they can order a drink and plan their order. Once they have ordered their food, they close their tab at the bar and then they are moved to their edible for their meal. they get a radishes board that includes sweet, pickel, olive and paprika. it was a delicious start and is free with its meal along with brot and salat. my coworker and I ordered both a rib eye. we shared a side of creamy spinat and sparing (the side orders are more than enough to share I did not want my steak rare or medium rare, but in between, and the boil nailed it. the outside of my steaks was perfectly presumed with a delicious crust. the au jus was a bit salty for my pleasure, but it has improved the taste of the steaks. my steak was perfectly boiled where it melted in the mouth with little wall on chew. I almost cried, that was good. I was so incredibly impressed by all the experience, I will be more than happy to make sure that I have this restaurant every time I have to say to wisconsin (I am from ohio but travel to wi for the work the only thing I have to tell the owners are: bravo"
