"This place was really nice on the inside especially for a strip mall spot. The service was on time and attentive .the kitchen staff was a bit loud though we were sitting right near the kitchen opening so I can't fault the place for my seating choice. The broth was pretty good not the best but full of flavor. I ordered ramen with chicken and the chicken was so rubbery and flavorless I thought maybe it was vegan chicken. (Vegan chicken sucks by the way) it was not vegan,it was just terrible. It's a shame since they have a lot good for them."

The Mogan Ramen was delicious and surprisingly light. Unlike traditional ramen, the soup was light with a punch of flavor, and the noodles were perfect. The ramen is a wonderful combination of a traditional ramen with a hint of modern cuisine.Food: 5/5

Just go to Little Tokyo or the SGV. I got the spicy tonkotsu ramen and the only flavorful thing was the chasu. The broth had no depth to it, just spicy. My partner got the spicy miso and it was slightly better but no depth to the flavor of the broth. We also got the gyoza and I fully believe that frozen ones from H-Mart are better

Generous two slabs of chashu inside the black . Good American toppings of crispy kale and onions. Crispy tuna could be less squishy in the rice but definitely good crunch and flavor of sauces. Locals should enjoy this place with a good lot and street parking to avoid the parking nightmare of Little Tokyo. Blindfolded I wouldn 't be able to tell this apart from the best hot Tonkotsu broths in the US.(Then again I usually prefer clear broths).Won 't blow you away, but solid hot food.
