"I got the greens and grains with the blackened chicken thigh. Normally I eat at Panera bread or salad go. I've tried original chopshop but modern market has the best, juiciest, freshest chicken by far. The quinoa had an interesting spice, I forgot to ask what it was, it reminded me of Christmas, so I'm thinking allspice. It wasn't too much, it paired perfectly with the dressing and the tomatoes and everything else in the salad. I highly recommended this place."

Fantastic, flavorful gluten and dairy free options!I have a wonderful chicken, bacon sandwich, which I modified some. Great for a quick dine in or takeout experience. Food is all fresh, with lots of different options, mostly healthy, to pick from. Loved the braised short rib and kale bowl.
