"I have consistently encountered issues at this restaurant. While I am understanding of supply chain challenges and unexpected circumstances, I find it difficult to overlook the exceptionally rude employees who are unwilling to accommodate me. On multiple occasions, I have been told that there is no bread available for sides, which is fine, but when I inquire about other options to go with my soup, I am met with only a blank stare and a grunt, which is frustrating. The service is also slow. As for the food, I have been disappointed to find that the usual panini and sandwich options have been replaced with fast food chicken sandwiches that resemble something you would find at a Burger King (plain buns and a generic chicken patty), which is not what I expect from a Panera."
