"I spoke to the server and requested to speak with a manager. Assistant Manager Dawn came over, and I expressed my dissatisfaction with how I was treated during business hours. If the restaurant isn’t accommodating customers after 9:30 PM, they should revise their signage and website accordingly. The pizza is usually excellent, but this time it was bland and tasteless, likely due to the rush to close. This experience in Sullivan, Illinois, was disappointing, and I think I'll explore other dining options on my next visit."

There was only one employee working the floor, our waitress. She did a fantastic job while the other 4 or 5 employees stood around. Our pizza was not cooked thoroughly. The crust was too thick and doughy. Not the Monicals pizza I remember that's forsure.

Been sitting for 20 minutes and haven't seen a waitress. This may be our last time here. People standing in line and waiting for a table, plenty empty and ours will be too in a very short time. For some reason a lot of my review was deleted. Afterbeing there for over an hour we paid for our salad and drink and left. No pizza,no apologies so no we will not be back.
