"As far as pizza goes in Monument there aren’t too many options. That in mind the pizza is on par with Old Chicago. The garlic cheese bread is excellent. The flaky pizza crust is used throughout the recipes. Jalapeño poppers were great. We got the specialty Spinach Artichoke pizza. Came out a bit colorless but the flavor was on point. Between this and OC the only thing holding Pies back is a lack in drink variety. If you have a sweet tooth you definitely want P&G. Couldn’t narrow down between cheesecake and zeppoles. Got both, both were great. The order portions were great. Each course could have filled me up on my own. I will be leaving with plenty of leftovers. We didn’t try the gimmick of...

Pizza was good. Ordered one personal size, smallest available and it took over 30 minutes. Won't be back for lunch. Might try again if they will let us call ahead. Staff was friendly I just don't have 30 min to wait on a personal pizza at lunch. Edit- I got a nice response from management. I'll definitely try the call ahead next time, while I complained a little about the the wait I could emphasize a little more...the pie was pretty fantastic.

"Very disappointed with the establishment. We had high hopes, the reviews were all great, and every time we drive by the place is packed. Came on a Saturday night, around 10p. 4 people in our group. Sat ourselves, and after 10 minutes of sitting thought maybe we were supposed to be seated by someone. So we wait by the table by the front door for 4-5 minutes. The server who approached us told us to seat ourselves, so we went and sat at a different table than we did the first time. We sat there another 7-8 minutes with no greeting. Once our server came over, she gave us menus then ran off. Another 5-6 minutes go by and she asks what we want to drink, and if we are ready to order food. We go ahead and order both. Our appetizer comes out in less than 10 mins, that's great. About 10 minutes after that, our food comes out, that's also great. However, we have yet to receive any of our drinks. No waters, none of our bar drinks. I ask the guy that delivered our food if we could get some waters. About 6 minutes later, our server brings one person's drink (a pitcher of beer). Another 2-3 minutes, and we get the rest. My drink is wrong, but at this point I don't even care. Our checks were incorrect and had to be adjusted (price wise, not items). Overall food was 9/10, but service was so poor it ruined our night. The place had several open tables, and 3-4 servers, so there is no way things should have taken as long as they did. However, we will be trying this place again, in hopes we just had a bad experience."
