"We have dined at Morimoto Maui a couple times but this is the first time we have dined at Morimoto Napa. Our service was very good and the dishes were very good as well. The mixed greens salad was delicious and plenty for two or three. The Rock shrimp dish was very good but very rich. The spicy tuna roll was good but the tuna texture was too creamy for me..I didn't love it. The pork rice dish was also yummy and nice to share with two ppl. We would likely go back and try it again when we are here in Napa."

We were a little early for our reservations and were told we could be seated closer to our time. We watched 2 or 3 tables be seated ahead of us with no reservations. The food was great otherwise.

Our 1st time for my 50th bday, the place is beautiful, our waiters were on spot. Most of the foods was fabulous, the Sushi was very disappointing, Morimoto is known for his Sashimi /Sushi. I eat Sushi weekly and honestly needs to be a higher grade especially the price we are paying. The appetizers were by far the most enjoyable part of the meal which were the Sticky Ribs, Kakuni and Duck Fat Fries. SO please for the price of Sashimi/Sushi we should get top grade seafood...
