"My wife and I stopped in this evening for ice cream. We walked inside because I wanted to look at the menu. We ordered and my wife received her parfait. About 5 minutes passed and I still hadn't received my sundae that I had ordered. I commented to my wife about the sad customer service and a woman in the booth beside us began cursing at us calling me rude. My wife told her to shut up and was assaulted by her and then the woman called the cops. After all of this the owner gave me the excuse that all her employees are 15 year old kids and I never got my ice cream. The owner didn't even offer me a refund. Terrible customer service"

This place is cool. Good place to go for ice cream. It has the feel of the old 1950s style diner. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Friday night car and bike cruise in is very cool.

Myra’s is a wonderful place to eat. Whether you sit down or get take-out, the sandwich and ice cream menu is large, and the food is delicious. The atmosphere inside is like an old-fashioned diner. Myra’s has been a mainstay n Valdese for over 40 years. I personally have been there many times and have found everyone to be friendly and efficient. Myra’s also runs a catering business, and their food is among the best.
