The menu offers a wide variety of delicious options, with many leaning towards healthier choices. I decided to try a toasted sandwich with thick sliced chicken breast, fresh spinach, olive tapenade, and Swiss cheese. It was served with a side of tzatziki sauce that paired perfectly with the sandwich. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again the next time I am in the Tampa area."

This small restaurant is amazing - my son walks here from his office a few times a month. It's in a convenient location for nearby businesses to enjoy their healthy menu. This was my second time meeting him for lunch. I've tried their delicious cuban sandwich and Texas wrap with tomato basil.
