"Customer service is zero. I purchased food here couple of times , but the customer service and rudeness was consistent. The food was good, I had the Gyro plate, and Sambusa. The Gyro meat didn't taste like normal Gyro meat, i don't know, it still tasted good though. They were out of Goat meat, so I went with Gyro but the place looked like they had a food fight right before I walked in, it was really messy and dirty. Customer service was not good, she wasn't listening and then I didn't get any of the sauces that I was supposed to get! If you are looking for Goat Meat try the Black Sea Deli in Burnsville, so good and they have better service.

The customer service at this restaurant was the worst. It seemed like they didn't care if they made a sale or not. They were not attentive at all, and when I asked a question, they seemed confused. The pictures of the restaurant online were misleading and didn't accurately represent the place. When I inquired about a traditional dish called injera, they laughed at me even though they had pictures of it on their website. I will never return to this restaurant. Instead, I recommend Gyropolis for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and good food. That's where I'll be going from now on.
