"We often order New York Pizza in Mettmann and were always very satisfied. Usually a lot has to happen that I have to write a review here. The last two times the order was just bad. Too much sauce and almost burned. We gave a feedback by phone the penultimate time and thought it would change. Sorry! Last time, it was so bad. Dear team when a customer calls and gives a sincere feedback nicely, then the gold is worth it. We gave you another chance, but the situation has not changed. We definitely don't order you anymore."

Just a 30cm Peperonisalami pizza ordered to take away. On the catalogue picture, the pizza is full of salami slices. Home the carton opened and it was GENAU ONE salami slice per pizza piece occupied. The horrific reviews from the store are therefore not coming from anywhere but are absolutely justified. First and last order! Bye!
