"Very rude people, So I had a long 14 hour shift, very hungry because I didn't get to eat, I ordered here over 5 times because they stay open late, never had an issue until tonight, they claim there policy is I have to text to get my food, unfortunately I can not text, I didn't like the calls, I ordered thru doordash so I didn't expect a call, basically I couldn't get my food, then the lady was rude talking to me on the phone, so I will take my money somewhere else. These people are ghetto, poor customer service skills, by the way the food is okay if your willing to go through there background check"

Food is typically good and using delivery late night is great. However, my last order was missing 2 items and while the cost was minimal, despite 2 calls and 2 emails no response! I order from here all the time I expect Ted better! Not to mention they forgot about my order which then arrived 2.5 hrs after I submitted the order. The store did call to find out if I canceled 90 mins after the order. I'd still appreciate at least a response if not a refund or credit. Courtesy matters so much more!

Quality of the food is not worth the price. $9 for 3 tiny pizza logs, $8 for 6 mac cheese wedges, another $8-9 for cheese fries. On top of that, the chicken fingers that you order don't look anything like the images (maybe switched suppliers or something) but I received 3 flat, bland and frozen looking chicken tenders that weren't even fried properly, the only good part was the mango habanero sauce on the side. Another time I got wings, they were overcooked and the box it came in was drenched in sauce. The hours are convenient for late night but the food can definitely improve.

"We were there celebrating two birthdays. Our server Faith was wonderful. She was attentive without being intrusive and knowledgeable about the menu. We were a table of 6 and ordered quite a bit of food, some of which was great and others lackluster. The bao buns were great and the small calamari salad was huge and those who had it said delicious. The spareribs were good as well as the edamame dumplings, although the way those were served made it hard to fully enjoy. Each dumpling should be on a individual type spoon so you can enjoy the soup part as well as the dumpling. The way they were served in one large bowl with only one spoon made it so the soup part is left at the bottom. I did request extra spoons from the expediter but they never came. The worst part of our appetizer course was somehow an item was switched to another in the computer and served to us. It had shellfish in it and that wasn’t known when someone at our table who doesn’t eat shellfish ate it. The sashimi was good but the tuna tartare thing was really bad. The entrees we had were the duck, which I was told was delicious, the miso cod, which was fishy, the whole fish which was tasteless, the lobster fried rice, which was okay but lacking flavor. The best dish was the black pepper beef, it was delicious and elegantly served. We had all the sides and all were quite good especially the eggplant and the wasabi mashed potatoes. It was a nice evening but it felt a little stale for a Starr restaurant."
