"I've used Open Table for years, my boyfriend and I regularly dine out at least once a week. While on vacation in Hawaii, we made a reservation at this restaurant. I can not emphasis enough how awful every part of the experience was. From the upstairs smelling musky, to the waiter barely speaking to us, and rushing us off. The food, I shutter even thinking about it. We got the appetizer sampler, the beef was ok, I'll give them that as well as the slightly burned chicken spring rolls, but the shrimp tasted like super market shrimp. requested outdoor seating, led to a tent, still very sunny. asked for the outside tables. told by hostess they were reserved so got a table still in the sun. Asked our busboy if we could move and he said sure, and we moved to tables that we were told were reserved. Then, later i noticed a table that we had requested filled by tourists!Locals beware, avoid
