"Pizza ordered to go over the phone, get to the store and get paid immediately, then waited outside in my car. After a waiting period of 40 minutes (notified 20-25 minutes) I went back to the store to check it out. I was then said (very rude) that it would take 5 minutes and that they would bring it out when it was done. The pizza was taken to my car 10 minutes later and burned! The crust was unusable around the edges. I'll never go back. Bad customer service and bad quality food."

A pizza ordered at 18:15. Lost order. Burn my new pizza. 3. It's good. Waiting for someone to get me a voucher, something never showed up. No communication, I think. After almost an hour at 7:50. I'm probably not going back.

I love Pacifica Pizza if it's good, his so good. But tonight I got a pizza and cheesecake. I knew I shouldn't have taken the pizza when I saw that the cook leaned over the blow of his vape pen for all customers. He is definitely rewarding and does not care to create high-quality food at all. I'm staying from here at the Benicia site.

I should have listened to the narrators to not order as soon as I entered the building. The staff looked all hella sketchy as if they all came from El Sobrante (Lokalwitz), but in all honesty the customer service was not there. I specifically asked if they garlic bread and one of the chefs answered we have one, it is not even remotely closing them gave me a small cheese pizza that was not even cooked the whole way, the dough was squishy and the cheese was white as paper!
