"I visited Panda Express at Hillsdale Mall on Friday at 11:20 am. I ordered two meals and the service was pretty fast. The portions were great, but they were out of orange chicken. The staff politely asked if I could wait 2 minutes for a fresh batch, which was not a problem for me. The new teriyaki steak and shrimp dish was really good."

Alexa and Joyce have the worst customer service. Alexa does not properly know how to talk to customers. Is rude and disrespectful. Does not respect the work environment. She was rude about everything. Everything. The food is dry, flavorless, no sauce offered. Ambiance is horrible. Very rude people
