"The entire staff working at this restaurant should be fired, including the manager. I placed an order through the app for food and was told that it would be ready for pick up at 5:40. I arrived at the store at 5:50 and waited until 6:15 to finally get my food. As I was leaving, I realized they had forgotten a complete plate in my order and had to go back in. When I asked for a refund, I was told that because I ordered online, they couldn't do anything. If you have ten or more staff members working in the same kitchen and are over an hour behind on orders, the entire staff, including the manager, should be fired.
