"Wow. Patient, courteous staff definitely a brand standard leader. Placed my order online and when I arrived at the store the dinner rush was definitely on. Staff was flying around in a clearly well orchestrated manner. Was greeted promptly with a smile (very rare these days) and was told my order would be up very soon. Every few minutes someone can back to check on me and my fellow online ordering diners. Always smiling and always friendly. Turns out they ran out of an item and offered a refund/replacement and sincerely apologized for not having it. U can't go wrong when having Lunch or Dinner at Panera Bread too!!!!! They always have the BEST sandwiches and there Soup is to die for too!!!! Just wish they would bring back Baked Potatoes Soup soo I don't have to get that type of Soups from Food Loin which sucks tooo!!!!!!

My kiddo accidentally dropped 2 full smoothies onto the floor and was so upset. The staff at this location was more than kind to him and promptly cleaned it up and remade the smoothies. They were excellent and we were grateful. This was also on the 4th if July so they were working a holiday and still so so patient and friendly!
