"I went there for dinner on a slow Sunday night. I ordered the filet $28! and asked for it to be cooked medium. It came back well done. Then they prepared me a new steak, and it was very rare. I sent that one back again and it still came back rare! In addition, they kept on changing my sides each time I sent it back. There was asparagus I was planning on eating, but then they replaced it with carrots! My friend's meal was disappointed too. It was a pasta dish with very little pasta. Despite the horrible food, the manager was very accommodating and gave us free dessert, and we didn't have to pay for the food, just the wine. Prices: the prices are high. You are better off going to an Italian B...

When I read the only review that is listed I felt compelled to submit my own review. Our experience was fantastic. The food, service, and atmosphere couldn't have been better. Don't base your decision to visit Panorama based on the one review. We were very happy with the experience and would definitely go again.

We went for a friend's birthday and a lot of us have been waiting for to try it out. The food tasted like rubber, no one liked the food. There were 10 of us in our party. The service was very poor and the price was way over priced for the quality and portion of food we were served. I wouldn't go back to eat dinner there again. The only reason I'd go back is for the wine, which was very good and many to chose from.

"We were there celebrating two birthdays. Our server Faith was wonderful. She was attentive without being intrusive and knowledgeable about the menu. We were a table of 6 and ordered quite a bit of food, some of which was great and others lackluster. The bao buns were great and the small calamari salad was huge and those who had it said delicious. The spareribs were good as well as the edamame dumplings, although the way those were served made it hard to fully enjoy. Each dumpling should be on a individual type spoon so you can enjoy the soup part as well as the dumpling. The way they were served in one large bowl with only one spoon made it so the soup part is left at the bottom. I did request extra spoons from the expediter but they never came. The worst part of our appetizer course was somehow an item was switched to another in the computer and served to us. It had shellfish in it and that wasn’t known when someone at our table who doesn’t eat shellfish ate it. The sashimi was good but the tuna tartare thing was really bad. The entrees we had were the duck, which I was told was delicious, the miso cod, which was fishy, the whole fish which was tasteless, the lobster fried rice, which was okay but lacking flavor. The best dish was the black pepper beef, it was delicious and elegantly served. We had all the sides and all were quite good especially the eggplant and the wasabi mashed potatoes. It was a nice evening but it felt a little stale for a Starr restaurant."
