"This locations operation on Halloween was horrific. I've never seen such a unorganized and blatantly irresponsible business operation. My wife ordered at 9am for pizza and breadsticks for a pickup at 3:45pm. When I got there to pick up 50 people standing in line and the employees said they were 2 hour delay! 2 hours! That is ridiculous. There was stacks of pizzas on the back wall that people weren't picking up. To top it off our order got lost and had to wait another hour. So we waited for 3 hrs … – show"

Pre-ordered a Pizza for 4:00 pm at 8 am. I went to pick it up and they were 2 hours behind. I had to cancel my order and my party food was a rough hoge podge of food. Not dependable service.

Really good pizza! And the workers are so great. They are very friendly. When my kids were going crazy waiting for our order one of the workers gave them some little stickers to play with. It was very much appreciated!

I will no longer do business with you. I ordered pizza hours in advance to be told it would take 2 more hours. When I asked for a refund it took your employees 10 minutes to issue the refund. Would have taken 30 seconds to make the pizza. You had a line out the door of people waiting for pizza and instead of prioritizing people who are there you decided to tell them to wait for absurd times..
