When they answered the boy who picked up told me they are only accepting online orders that they can not write my order down and take it. He said there systems were out and could only take online orders. I laughed and said you don't have a pen to write my order down I am paying cash, the said again there systems were down anf they can only have online orders … – show"

Came in last night, it was a really busy Friday and the employees were overwhelmed with orders. In spite of one particularly rude customer, the boy at the register was professional and respectful. The rest of us were more than happy to wait because we saw how hard everyone was working.

Pizza's that I ordered on line are fine, but when I went to go pick them up there was a sign on the door that said they were closed for a couple of hours and to call the store. An employee noticed me and ended up letting me in before I could call, just thought it very odd that they would do this on a Saturday night during dinner hours. It looked like they had a adequate staff so not sure why they would want to be denying walk-in customers.
