"As a rule, I love Papa Murphy’s, but I have learned to avoid this Draper location. It specializes in poor quality food, mistakes to your order, and features one particular employee who is rude and always seems to be angry. Tonight I mistakenly sent my online order to this location instead of the location I usually frequent. The pizza was absolutely awful. It was misshapen, overly thin in places, thick in others. My kids are really picky eaters. Totally my fault I know. I ordered over the phone and explained the complicated, LAME, order. I didn’t do a good job of explaining and the order was wrong. They were so nice and remade it right away! I will go back here instead of little Caesar’s from now on.

Every single time I order online from the Draper location my order is messed up. Especially if I order a customization of any kind. Last time I called and asked them to pay more attention to the customizations from online orders and the guy/manager I talked to was a total jerk! It just happened again. You just lost my business to the Riverton store.

The pizza is good but they just don't seem to care about customer service or feedback. If you look at the reviews, the recent reviews seem to be much worse than the older reviews, so not sure if they changed ownership or management but something is broken at this store. I've had multiple bad experiences with this location. We will go somewhere else where they actually seem to care about their customers.

"We have dined at this restaurant multiple times, and each time we believe it can't possibly get any better than the last. We are always proven wrong. This hidden gem in Draper is truly the best restaurant in Utah. I celebrated my birthday here tonight. We were seated outside, which was a first for us, and from the moment we arrived until we left, everything was absolutely perfect. The outdoor setting was stunning, with beautiful ambience and vibes. The sunset over the mountains, the lights twinkling in the trees, and the overall decor outside were lovely. The food was beyond words. The ribeye had a special rub that was incredibly delicious, paired perfectly with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and chimichurri sauce. It was an unforgettable dining experience. My partner enjoyed the filet mignon with green beans as well. The seasonal drinks were exceptional. I indulged in two watermelon mojitos, while my partner savored the Borne of Fire Cabernet and the espresso martini. The drinks were expertly crafted. The bartender deserved high praise, especially for the watermelon mojitos, which I believe were the best drink I have ever had. The appetizers (salad and corn chowder) were delightful, and the desserts (chocolate mousse with mandarin oranges and creme brulee) were full of flavor. Our waiter was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. It was truly the most incredible meal we have ever had, and I am already looking forward to coming back. The watermelon drink paired perfectly with the ribeye, making for a quintessentially summery meal. What could be more perfect than steak and watermelon in the summer?"
