"there was an error on my online order. was told by the store employee i couldn't change or cancel my order. it had to be done online. called the online number waited 15 mins to get representative. all the representative could do is send a request to the store to contact me to resolve the order. pizza should not be this complicated. if the store can cancel my order without billing my card i will revise my opinion. if they cant, i will go back to delivery pizza. This store is further away from my house than some of the other locations, but I consistently choose this location. The store is always clean and the staff members always greet me in a professional and friendly manner. 11/10 would recommend.
