"I have ordered from here twice and both times the order was wrong. The first time they gave us 6inch subs when we paid for 12inch and the second time the entire order was wrong. The cheesesteaks are good but customer service has some room for improvement."

I got a six inch even though I paid for a 12 inch. I did not get my side of extra cheese sauce and the sandwhich was too bare for the price. I do not recommend.

The sandwiches were not great. We got the 12 inch that looked more like 6 inches. There was very little meat and no cheese. However everything else was delicious.

"This restaurant shows it's age. Walking in the dining room a smell will hit your nose, pretty sure it's the carpet, gross. Service was so so, I wanted to try the chicken tender wrap for lunch today but was told they couldn't substitute the pepper jack cheese on it for another kind. I replied, oh really? It's just cheese. In that case if I got the chicken sandwich could I get it without mayonnaise? To which I was told yes! I don't know if this is a corporate policy, or just an isolated restaurant policy, or maybe the waitress was just lazy. Whatever the reason, it was silly. While our entire parties food came out hot, my fries were definitely not hot (and my wife had fries on her dish too, but hers were perfect). The rolls were pathetic. Advertised on the radio as hot and buttery, these were definitely not hot, more like room temperature and flat. Anywho, I figured this was worth a 2 star rating. Haven't been to this O'Charley's restaurant (or any other location) in a while because I've always been dissatisfied with either the service or food. May be another few years before I try them again, no substitutions."

"We go to Carthage a lot and drive down 70 every time to hit up Painturos. I love the sandwiches and the rest of my family loves the pizza. My youngest daughter has Celiac and adores their gluten free pizza. It’s not the generic one most places serve. The staff are friendly every time. Just a great spot for lunch or dinner."

"I was very disappointed with my food. It was NOT worth what I paid for it. I barely got any mashed potatoes under my overcooked chopped steak. The onions and mushrooms were undercooked and hard to eat. The food was cold and hard. I WILL NOT order from Logan's Roadhouse again. I'm highly disappointed. I should have kept my money and flushed it down the toilet instead."

"I like outback and I look forward to it. Service was great. My fillet was a perfect medium rare. Potatoes and broccoli I ordered are always good. My wife's share was medium (not rare as ordered) so she wasn't as enthusiastic as she felt it was a bit dry. The server and the managing partner offered to replace their steak, but they ate most of it. That was very well treated and they gave her a discount. She wouldn't have mentioned it, but she hesitated when the server asked how it was. We were all very satisfied as usual. Of course, we tipped well. Nice place. I recommend it. Only if the steak doesn't get out immediately, send it back immediately."
