"Today I visited the Paulaner after the takeover of the new hosts. And ambience has changed nothing, the menu remained largely the same as the predecessor. Unfortunately, the liver inflammation soup was desalinated. As a main dish, I decided for a hunting carving with Spätzle and Salat. The homemade lobes were excellent in consistency and taste. The hunting sauce was clearly pampered, the meat was very fried and hard.
