"I hate to have to do this, but I feel I gave enough time with no resolution!!! We ordered a cake for my sisters wedding and it was delivered Friday October 18th. The bakery kept trying to push the delivery time earlier and earlier for some reason. The cake looked awful. We showed them a picture of what we were looking for and knew it wouldn't be exact, but it was not nice at all. We actually added some flowers to the cake ourselves just to make it look a little better! Not only was the cake not decorated nice, it was toppling over!!!!! We celebrated our 60th birthdays here tonight! Hubby got the meatloaf. I got prime rib and my brother got a steak salad. Fried zucchini as an appetizer. A shame that this is very last weekend here.

Went there to get buy a single layer red velvet cake. Was told they don't make them. For at least the last 5 years we have been able to buy it there. The attitude in the bakery is they don't care. In fact the whole store felt that way. I can spend my money at Martins

"What a great surprise! New in the area and tried the Italian oven. Fantastic food and even better service from Robin. I have a strict diet that I have to follow... no tomatoes, no onions, no vinegar, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I told Robin my restrictions and asked if I could have the cheese ravioli without sauce, no garlic, only oil. My wife said Pesto was okay for me. Robin ran and talked to the cook. I have bread w/o garlic, salad w/a mild dressing. The Ravioli was beautifully prepared and totally delicious. My stomach, which has been used to tasteless for several months, was in the seventh heaven. The portion was generous. My wife had the steak hogie, I think, and she said her sandwich was great. She just wanted to eat half of it and bring half home, but it didn't work that way. Robin was back to check us, just enough to be overlaid. We'll be back."

"First order from there. The food smells like the taste. I ordered a grilled chicken bacon ranch hoagie when I could finally pick it up when the cheese was melted on the paper into which it was wrapped, and the rabbit was hard and everything fell from below after I pulled the paper wrap. Ordnete a crispy buffalo chicken Hoagie Rock hard chicken was hard chicken and it was a dry mess simple pommes were ingenious the chickens Speck Ranch Fries on the other spectrum not so ingenious. The chicken was cold minimal sauce and cheese cover baked to stone basically. I have heard so many great things and decided to try it a mistake. Could give a second attempt, but that can only be for a pizza."

"First off there were 20 of us in one party after a family day of fun. (12 children). The staff was friendly, patient and super helpful in getting all the orders in timely and accurately. The young men brought trays of food to us as meals were completed.No one had cold food or melted sundaes. I love DQ does the boxed meals, perfect for everyone. I wish I would have grabbed aphoto! Great job guys! ???? Btw, restroom was clean! This is rare when going out. So kudos again to the staff."
